Carrot Cake Oats

Cake for breakfast anyone!? Yes more oats, as mentioned before they are a super nutritious food source and feature heavily in my diet. One thing I also love is a slice carrot cake but I do try to refrain from overindulging in carrot cake itself. So I threw together some of the ingredients that make carrot cake so tasty and made a healthy breakfast option instead. My Carrot cake oats come to under 400 Kcals with 25g of protein in each serving. So not only are they a nutritious start to your day, but this moreish breakfast also helps bust those cake cravings you have post lunch! Give them a try.
